5. Confidentiality and Protection of Personal Information

5.1. The Contractor obtains data about the Customer’s IP address when accessing the website. This data is not used to identify the visitor personally. Customer information may be used for:

• User registration on the website;

• Providing customer support;

• Sending the User information about marketing events;

• Conducting audits and internal research for service quality improvement.

5.2. To fulfill the terms of the Agreement, the Customer agrees to provide and consents to the processing of personal data in accordance with Law on Personal Data, for the purposes of proper execution of the Agreement. The term “personal data” refers to any personal information disclosed by the Customer voluntarily for acceptance of the public offer (clause 4.6). The Customer provides this information independently for offer acceptance (clause 4.6, 4.6.1).

5.3. The Contractor ensures confidentiality of the Customer’s personal data. Access to personal data is granted only to authorized employees who require this information to fulfill contractual obligations. The Contractor also guarantees that these persons maintain personal data confidentiality and personal data processing security.
